Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Michael Porter is a technology executive with over twenty-six years of experience in large-scale systems engineering and enterprise AI architecture. Before founding Heuristiqs, he directed infrastructure strategy for a Fortune-100 managed-services environment supporting Equifax via UST, where his teams managed thousands of UNIX, Linux, and AIX systems worldwide.

His leadership approach is rooted in the belief that true intelligence begins with presence: the ability of a system to understand context before acting. This principle defines the Heuristiqs architecture: Noor for awareness, Friendly for continuity, and MobilPas for trust.

Honoring a Legacy

Michael founded Heuristiqs to honor the legacy of his late mother, Noreen Porter, a software engineer who worked on the AI systems for the F-22 Raptor program. Her discipline and quiet precision inform the company's values today.
