Heuristiqs is organized around a simple principle: authority should be clear, and accountability should follow it.

At the parent-company level, Heuristiqs is responsible for company formation, capital allocation, leadership appointments, shared capabilities, and long-term stewardship. Each operating company is responsible for its own strategy, execution, and results.

Governance arrangements are established according to the size, maturity, and obligations of each company. Independence is preserved, but responsibility is never ambiguous.
